Artfundi is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Project Management Intern to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects within a rapidly evolving environment. You’ll have the chance to manage and contribute to projects that shape the future of the art tech industry.
The opportunity is for a 6 month paid internship, leading to a full time position. Artfundi is a fully remote company, but there will be a need to meet with clients in person from time to time.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Project Management or Agile Certification or Qualification
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
• Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve problems
• Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty; adept at turning challenges into opportunities
• Understanding of startup environments or leading new initiatives within larger organizations
Leadership and Team Management:
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, guide, and manage cross-functional autonomous teams
• Understanding of building high-performance teams, and conflict resolution
• Capability to lead by example and inspire team members towards a common vision
Strategic Thinking:
• Ability to align business strategy with project goals
• Skills in market analysis, competitive analysis, and identifying strategic opportunities
• Predictive planning and forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and adapt accordingly
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to negotiate, persuade, and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in presenting complex information in an understandable manner
Risk Management:
• Capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects
• Understanding contingency planning and decision-making under pressure
Financial Acumen:
• Understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of managing project finances, including cost control and profitability analysis
Adaptability and Learning Agility:
• Quick learner, able to adapt to new technologies, markets, and methodologies
• Continuous learner, staying updated with industry trends and new techniques
• Willingness to learn and be coached
Educational Background:
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Additional certifications like Agile PM certification, Agile certifications will be advantageous
