From diving into Google Analytics and SEO wizardry to assisting with DNS setups and project management, you'll be a key player in our dynamic team, receiving hands-on training every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Analytics & SEO: Dive into the world of web analytics and SEO to drive our digital presence.
Hosting & DNS Setup: Collaborate with our experts on handling hosting-related tasks and configuring DNS settings.
Sales & Onboarding: Gain experience by assisting with lead nurturing, providing valuable advice, and engaging in one-on-one consultations with clients.
Bugs & Copywriting: Work closely with our team to test our system, write comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements. Craft engaging support articles that resonate with our audience.
Project Management & UX Design: Learn the ropes of project planning, supervising, and creating support article visuals. Gain experience in managing Jira queues. Get hands-on experience in organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring that stakeholders are always in the loop.
Daily Support: Contribute to a myriad of daily support tasks, working alongside our experts to assist clients with cancellations, payments, login issues, and providing solutions for random platform queries and suggestions.
Requirements:
A passion for learning and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong communication skills.
A desire to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, operations, and project management.
